If you have utilized a Situ Biosciences’ Certified Reference Material and obtained a result that does not conform to the Certified Value, as listed on the applicable Certificate of Analysis, this form can be utilized to submit the results to SBSC for an investigation. Prior to submitting this form, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions page and the Method Card supplied with the Certified Reference Material to evaluate the potential causes of nonconforming results.
